Honest, trustworthy and true to their word! Exploring a Sienna from 1,000 miles away by phone, text and email, we asked many questions and they answered them honestly and then showed the Sienna to us via Facetime. Feeling they were trustworthy, we put down a $1k deposit and they held it for a week. When we arrived there were no surprises. The purchase was fast as promised. Very satisfying to have a positive experience with an honest dealership.

We made an appointment for 8:30 am to have three minor issues, that should be under warranty considering it was certified pre-owned, fixed. At 2:00 pm I had heard nothing from the dealership so we called the girls number who we checked in with and there was no answer. I left a message. After about ten minutes I called the main number, and they told me the service department was busy and to call back later. At 3:00 pm I received an email stating what was wrong with the car, and if I wanted any of it fixed for a price. These were all issues we listed when we dropped off the car. No one ever called

Fantastic! Even though it was not a new car or even a late model used car, we were treated as if we were V.I.P.s. Everyone was friendly and helpful from test-drive to finishing paperwork. Will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car,new or used. I will check with them first when I am in the market for another car. Only regret is can only 5 stars,instead of 10!
