We are individual practitioners who share therapeutic core values and an office suite. Each of us is committed to providing unique and individual care, with the goals of alleviating pain and enhancing personal potential.
The intent of our counseling is to help you feel at ease with yourself and your life. Counseling is provided by three Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and consultations are provided by a Board Certified Psychiatrist. All take place in a comfortable, informal and confidential setting.

However, you may often attempt to influence each other with the belief that your partner is 'doing' something to you and therefore they need to change. I can help you reclaim your curiosity and compassion for one another. I can help you develop a stronger sense of Self, accept your need to change your responses to problems and hold curiosity as to why you think and feel or behave the way you do.
Please give yourself at least 15 minutes extra time prior to our first meeting. During this time you will be filling out personal information, insurance forms and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) forms, required by law. This information helps me know more about you and your needs.
