I want something like I had at the Flushing location, it would be $300, like how much I paid last time. He said I can get it anyway or pay the difference for the better quality keratin. I decided to not use it yet because I’m hoping the shorter cut will cut out the frizzy dry hair. I asked for the same haircut last time in Flushing, and I got a really good cut from a female stylist in Flushing. This time the haircut didn’t really match the pic. Maybe it would have looked different if Sherman curled my hair, but I honestly didn’t see any curling irons laying around. They also seemed short

My hair looks awful.
The hair is so dry, not smooth at all as promised. I was charged more money, claiming my hair was long.
I complained to customer service it should not be like this, if you come across such a service do not pay.
The one who did my hair was with a mask but kept coughing on me. I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to end this nightmare.

I came in for a haircut with Henry and was extremely happy with the result! He took his time and paid great attention to detail. The space was very clean and modern, I felt really comfortable being there. I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut!

I have been seeing Simon for about 3 years now and he is the only hair stylist that understands my needs and wants (hair-wise ).
The place is clean and you just feel positive energy the moment you walk in. They offer free drinks and snacks (snacks were pre-covid but the drinks are still there).
I usually get a 2 hour hair wash/massage (ok its more like 10-15 mins but i always fall asleep so it feels like 2 hours). Ask for Amy, you won't regret it.
Place is a bit pricey but well worth it.

The place is modern and very clean. The interior is relaxing and comfortable. The hair stylist and employees are super nice and will always make sure you are comfortable. The stylist will walk you through the treatment and make sure you are satisfied.
The services are fairly priced for quality you’re getting.

Wanted a short haircut, which is a boLd move on my part since I've only ever had long hair. And the last Flushing experience i had was at a salon that cut my hair jagged. Looked at the (temaiuniverse of hair salons in flushing and landed at hair mode. Super positive experience w Kevin who took his time styling and cutting my hair. Definitely didn't feel rushed and felt great after! Will be coming back.

I discovered Hair Mode a year ago. They do meticulous work here. I initially got a haircut and i loved it. Today i came here to get a Keratin treatment, and the staff really concentrates on their work. Michael, the owner, told me the process involved, and then his wonderful assistant, Cindy, took over. The whole treatment took about 5 hours for me bc i have a lot of hair. They use top quality Oribe shampoo and hair products too. In the end my experience was amazing, and the price for my keratin treatment was $300. Really worth it for the time they spent on my hair and the quality of the treatment

I really tried liking this place but it's just too bad that I can't. Some of the workers there are less than enthusiastic to help me.
Poor customer service, subpar haircut, and mind you it's $45 for a women's haircut. What's worse is, 98% of them did not speak English. Not to mention the owner or manager of the salon was talking smack in chinese thinking I did not understand. No manners, and no respect. Save yourself the trouble and find another place.

of my bag and coat. I have been here all the time with my boyfriend and tried different hairstylist. They are all great and we are always satisfied. Especially for this time, I asked for a special color with gradual change. Michael gave me a lot of ideal and advice with his professional experience. Finally he take care of the design and mix me a great color! It came out perfectly!!! It took 7
