Normally it is very good however, they are in full blown construction of all the bathrooms with no warning, we were awoken at 6 am to banging and loud music and sawing from the construction men in the room NEXT DOOR. We are here for vacation, I don't want to have to be awake at 6 am when I'm supposed to be able to relax , there's no warning on the website and I can't talk to the manager till I'm already home to even Try to ask for compensation

First room they put is in was horrible. Toilet didn't flush, roaches, cable didn't work and hair and stains on the pillows. They upgraded us to another room and everything was better.

Our room was very clean. We did have to air it out because it smelled deeply of chemicals when we walked in. They forgot to put a trash can in our room. The siding around the bathtub was non-existent, but on the plus side it looked new. The breakfast would have been fine if they had had anything in stock. The spray for the waffles was out so you couldn't get them off of the waffle machine. The orange juice was out and the apple juice ran out while we were there. There was an orange covered in mold. The coffee also ran out and they never replaced it all day long. When we asked if they could come

The first room we had was a mess, there was hair all over the chairs, there was bugs and dirt in the bathtub and finally when my wife went and turned down the bed a small bottle of shampoo flew out of the bed. The office moved us to another room, that room was slightly better. There was someone’s old food in the refrigerator and there was hair in the bath towels.
When to the office in the morning told Joann that we are checking out early due to the problems, she proceeded to apologize and said that the manager will credit us for the night we are not staying. Well that credit never came.

Awesome place for a couples retreat. Tranquil is one word to describe and wonderful people ❤ who are ready to assist you with any needs you have. Could use more channels on tv, but on this island who wants to be inside!?

Perfect spot for my kids and our large lab. We got a 2 bedroom upstairs with a kitchen. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. They offer breakfast in the mornings, staff is very kind and helpful, and beach access is about 2-3 minute drive. We'll be back!!

We stayed in their family suite upstairs with a balcony. Very nice. Pool needed some maintenance care and cleaning. I consider the quality of their rooms and suites over priced but still a decent hotel to stay. They are very pet friendly I believe they have the best pet rate. Their continental brkfst is fair enough to get you by until lunch. Their online pictures advertise a fuss ball table which was broken, the pool table was fair and there was NO ping pong table as shown in their pictures. Their customer service is overall good. We plan to return for future over night stays because overall we
