We are located in Park City, Utah and primarily service Summit and Wasatch County for residential appraisals. The principal of Summit Appraisal Group is Peter A. Chudleigh (Certified Residential Appraiser) who has over 20 years of experience in the Park City market.
Appraisal Philosophy: We recognize that appraising real estate is a rather subjective task. There is typically a reasonable range of value for a property rather than one exact right value.
