Dr. Lawrence Maher, III, grew up in La Porte, Texas. He graduated from La Porte High School in 1983. He began his college career at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, while running cross country for the college. Dr. Lawrence completed his undergraduate education with a degree in Biology from Texas A&M University in College Station.

Through the years, I've been to a lot of dentists (for dental work, not just cleanings) but finally admitted that the best one has been Dr. Lawrence Maher. It's an hours drive for me so I hesitated to return but once I did, was glad to have done it. He is 100% worth a long drive. He is one of the top dentists you can go to. La Porte has a real jewel and isn't aware of it. Do yourself a favor, skip Castle Dentle or whatever chain there is, and go here instead. Your teeth will thank you.

Everyone there was great made me feel welcome the Dr. Wasn't really able to help with my situation bur recommend me so someone that could help could have did like the last dentist do a botch job and take my money but he was very honest and such a nice person really wish he could have help me I felt so comfortable I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist it's in laporte

We were very impressed with Dr. Maher and his staff as well. I could not get over how patient and kind Dr. Maher was in taking care of my dental needs. He was professional, yet his mannerisms with patients were very warm and professional at the same time. His proficiency, with regard to his dentist skills, was definitely exhibited during my visit. His staff, every single one of them, were so courteous and friendly, making us feel both comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much. We will certainly be back.
