Called about a property before going into the office and they told me to go in before 4pm to pick up the keys. Drove halfway across town just for the person at the front to tell me that they didn’t have the keys for that property at all and when I inquired about a different property she said I needed to leave an ID, when I gave her my ID she said then said she needed to leave a deposit. I asked if I could leave a card she said no to come back tomorrow. It was a VERY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. I applied for a house that has been on the website for months was told I got approved but owner decided to go with someone else who was also approved fast forward 3 weeks now the house is still up for rent. I called and asked why was it for rent if I had been approved and they said owner chose someone else they said it wasn’t available anymore but renter hadn’t signed the lease yet. So I had my friend call and ask to Schedule a showing if it was still available and they told her it was still available and they were taking applications still. It’s all a scam to make money off the applications

Originally,I was renting from another company and performance property took over their rentals when they went out of business.I had a broken microwave for over a year and nobody was sent out.When we had some problems paying rent on time,we were bullied out of the rental with a emailed 30 day notice from Mackenzie.I was 35 weeks pregnant and sick.I would like to add that the Rent was raised 10% after we moved.I didn’t pay the last months rent and had performance property pull it from my deposit.My rent was 1,325 and I gave a deposit of 2,300.I did a walk through with Stephanie and was told the

Not impressed with the rental management aspect of this agency at all. Complete lack of communication more times than I can count. I’ve had inconsistencies in timely transfer of my rental funds, making my mortgage payments late on several occasions. I have notified them that I was taking over management of my own property and terminating my contract January of 2020. Here we are in December 2019 and they are negating any responsibility for tending to property renters needs. Complete unsatisfied with their service as are my renters. I would strongly recommend using another source.

If you are an investment property owner seeking to find reliable and thorough service of your rental with accurate and easy to understand statements, this is your place.
