Nicole Hay is a Registered Land Surveyor at Leibert-McAtee & Associates, Inc., a company that has been serving Northeast Colorado in the area of land surveying since 1966. They have a full-time staff of four people with a combined experience of over 100 years. Initially employed in 1999 as a draftsman-technician, she acquired her PLS license in 2007.
I have been helping customers with purchasing and refinancing for over 20 years and am currently the Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer at the Bank of Colorado in Brush. I pride myself in educating the borrower about the home loan process and making your experience extremely smooth, stress-free and straightforward.

I would definitely recommend Cindy Eller as an agent that I think does her absolute best to get the job done in serving her clients. I used Cindy at Colorado Land Co. to purchase my first home, I turned around and used her again to sell that home years later and I am now using her again to find my new home, she is great to work with, very honest and knowledgeable, she responds quickly and was able to answer all my questions and help me with all my concerns, I had the opportunity to meet many of the other staff at Colorado Land Company, I wouldn't work with anyone else, I highly recommend colorado land company!
