I am very thankful for the reviews posted here. I did not read them until I was about to sign a contract for landscape work. Dave seemed nice enough at the time until I informed him that I decided to go in another direction after reading the two previous reviews posted here. All I can say is WOW! He called me in response to my email declining his estimate of $4200 for work he said would be closer to $3000. He said he doesn't give a s__t about Yelp reviews. Bragged that he does $5million worth of business a year and then attacked me personally! When I told he I was ending the conversation

I highly recommend The Outdoor Advantage for all your landscaping, hardscaping, and exterior repair needs. From the owner of the company through the site manager and work crew to the office staff - everyone is professional, skilled, and friendly. Phil Soper is impressive with his knowledge & professionalism. He quickly understood our issues, made suggestions which we appreciated & agreed to have done. On the day scheduled to start work, Omar & Edwin immediately began our project & within hours transformed our backyard. The best part for us was after they left it was difficult to see the 20+ ft trench they had dug. With sod deftly laid down you couldn’t see the trench. We highly recommend Outdoor Advantage...wow 😊😊

Dave came out to provide an estimate for our new home and was incredibly thorough and helpful in explaining what his recommendations were to address some water grading issues. Additionally, there was so much overgrowth that we really just had no idea what we had to work with. Among the projects we needed done were the removal of an old rusted fence and two dead trees, a general clean up of the way overgrown lawn, and regrading the area so it would be more functional.
They were done in a day, incredibly efficient, and when they finished, we were amazed at how much bigger (and better!) our property

We had a positive experience working with Outdoor Advantage to power wash and seal our deck. Dave, the owner, provided a free estimate which did not require us to be present, resulting in less time off of work. We were scheduled within a week, and the work was completed the following week. The deck was cleaned w/ a power wash; Dave reassured us that no additional cleaning chemicals were needed. We chose a semi transparent color, that should protect the deck from water/sun damage for approximately 4 years. The crew of 5 guys, was hardworking, respectful, and professional. They completed the work

DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR TREES!! I cannot stress this enough. They completely ruined 6 mature trees on the property, cut away to many lower branches and destroyed the aesthetics of the trees and the whole property. When I told them about it they completely ignored me. Plus they charged an exorbitant amount of money - $4000 to ruin the trees and the property value. Like the other review says, PICK SOMEONE ELSE TO DO ANY TREE WORK!

Beware! Outdoor Advantage wasted six weeks of my time, eventually went back on their word, and tried to strong arm us into paying $4000 to add on a project we did not want at that time. When I spoke with the owner, he went off the rails, irate with anger, and threatened me with harm. I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this company.
They came to our property to discuss drainage work, said it was in-scope for their expertise, confirmed we lived in an area they service, and provided a quote. Then when I said we were ready to pay a deposit and schedule the work they tried to strong arm
