I love going to Zen smiles . Since you enter the office you can feel the nice vibe .the waiting room is peaceful and the music relaxes you . The best of all is the team there! Dr. Karen Martinez is extremely good at what she does. Not only that, but her staff is very informative within and around the cleaning (bi-annually). They explain everything about the cleaning and go above and beyond with educating you on things you can do / products and application to keep your teeth healthy!

I recently moved and found THE MOST amazing dentist whose staff is as professional, kind, upbeat and empathetic as she is. Dr. Karen Martinez is extremely thorough and makes sure her patients are in a ZEN state from the moment we step foot into her practice. With calming music playing in the background, an indoor fountain and the brightest of smiles granted upon arrival it's no wonder I personally find it difficult leaving every time I visit!

The Doctor Refused the cleaning unless we paid for an irrigation (disinfectant) procedure. We called Solstice insurance with Preferred Care Partners, for this HMO, and they said get another Dentist that will do the cleaning.
Also, the Doctor Martinez was rude, and yelled at my 87 year old Mother not to shake, and to hold still, and she naturally shakes all of the time. We went there because of all the great reviews this Dentist had?
Somehow all the dentists today are very Greedy especially in the Coral Gables area, and only except the PPO's (percentage of procedures) plans. I guess

I was a patient of Dr. Martinez and had great experiences until this week. I received a phone call the day before my appointment. The receptionist told me that my insurance (which had not changed) is requiring that all patients now receive an irrigation procedure which would cost $60. She said it's a "medicine they put on my gums". I asked what the procedure entailed and then questioned how they knew I needed a procedure for swollen/bleeding gums before examining my gums. I also mentioned that I am nursing my baby and will not accept any medication in case it passes thru to my milk

Dr. Martínez and her practice are the best! Her office team is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Martinez spent plenty of time with me explaining everything she was going to do-even showing a few videos. The hygienist was super sweet as well and did a fantastic job. I have no doubt I received the best dental care in Miami.

I've been a patient of Dr. Martinez for about a year now. The office is clean and welcoming. The receptionist is super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help scheduling last minute appointments. I've never waited more than five minutes for an appointment, and they make you feel like the only patient in the office.
I recently got Invisalign through Dr. Martinez, and the experience has been wonderful. Yesterday, my dog got ahold of my tray and destroyed it. I called the office in a panic thinking I'd ruined my treatment, but

The best dental experience I've ever had. I left with complete confidence that my teeth were very well cared for. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. Martinez did an exceptional job of explaining my overall oral health. I have found a new dentist for life! What a wonderful office. Front desk lady was amazing super helpful and kind. Makes me want to return back to this office. No pain dr was super great and gentle gave all the care I needed. Very pleasant listened to all my needs and left with a smile on my face. Brand new office renovated super modern and nice. I recommend this office to everyone.

My first time visiting a dentist in a while ,Dr. Martinez took every precaution on going through different lengths on making my experience pain-free . Excellent professionalism including her staff , making feel comfortable, she took a lot time and explained her procedures and made sure she understood my concerns.
