I opened Round Rock Orthodontics in 2002, having designed the office to reflect my belief that patient privacy is of utmost importance. While many orthodontists embrace the idea of an open-bay treatment area, where patients are treated side-by-side in a big room, I designed my space so I could treat patients in a manner that respects their privacy.
Our greatest goal is to give you the healthy, straight, and beautiful smile you've always wanted. Our staff will discuss the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option with you, so you can make the best choice for yourself and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.

DR. Gates cares! He wanted my jaw issues addressed before we even spoke about braces. His employee Ashley who helped him install my braces today was so sweet and informative. They offer in-house financing. Dr called me to see how I was feeling after having my braces installed. I have lots of dental & jaw issues & don't feel judged at all. I love this place!

There is no "on the fence" about anything when you're here at Round Rock Ortho. Dr.Gates and his team are not only professional but also very informative with any questions you may have and with the general knowledge of teeth(braces & retainers). Want a better smile?
