A Spanish-style custom home that was included in the 2006 Home Builder Association's Parade of Homes. Beautiful hand-scraped floors and bean & ceiling details throughout this home frame Spanish details. Our clients loved the color blue so we included it prominently throughout the home. The kitchen features a custom mesquite and ceramic tile island and a custom ceiling.
Inspired by one of our most-loved single store family home plans, we created a warm contemporary two-story home with 6 full bedrooms in the heart of Westlake. The family room's custom stone fireplace was influenced by a visit Frank Lloyd Wright's personal home, Taliesin, in Wisconsin. Upstairs there is a soundproofed media room with a view of the University of Texas.
