In addition to your food selections, we offer flexibility in choosing different "service level" packages to match the occasion while keeping costs low. You'd be surprised how many caterers don't provide plates and utensils, which puts your entire event at risk. That's why we will always be prepared with our Standard Catering Package to be sure you have standard white plates, paper napkins, plastic forks, and knives provided for your event.
La Villa Bella at The Historical San Antonio is the premier event location in Upland California. It's magnificent history and convenient location ensure that your guests will enjoy the event of a lifetime. The remodeled turn of the century location is ideal for weddings and holiday parties. La Villa Bella can accommodate up to 150 guests at full capacity.

I used California Cookout Catering for St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Upland's St. Nicholas Dinner. I highly recommend using California Cookout for all your catering needs. Their team is professional, their service is superb, they arrived on time, set up and tear down was smooth, and their food was amazing!

Definitely a great experience working with Nathan and California Cookout. Nathan was always available to discuss the particulars for the catering of our wedding. Very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. AND THE FOOD was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The portions served were perfect and the service was perfect as well. I worked with Nathan, the owner of this business. I had a great experience. He offered to the wedding guest exquisite food. Many of the guests gave compliments to him. One of the best thing was his homemade chimichurri. It was simply delicious. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a professional and friendly cater who offer food of quality to all his clients

These guys are amazing! I needed a caterer for a funeral, last minute, and California Cookout came through in a BIG way. They offered more than I thought we would be able to have, at a price we could afford. Working with Nathan made the experience pleasant, even though we were grieving. He cared about our family, not just the job. Everything was done in a timely manner, the food was delicious: I give my highest recommendation!

We are so glad that we went with California Cookout to cater our wedding this past weekend. Nathan was so personable and helpful throughout the process. We were able to do a tasting as well. I'm a so happy that we booked with CC. Nathan was amazing from the start to finish. Most importantly, the food is great. All of our guests complimented how good the food was. We went with the surf and turf option and let me tell you that salmon is second to none.
Our venue had a list of preferred vendors and CC was on that list. We knew we didn't want pasta or tacos and we appreciated the mix of options that came with our food. We had proteins, salad, pasta, veggies and some potatoes and rolls. It was just sooo good.

This catering service and their menu were exactly what I was looking for to host my Dad's 90th birthday party. It was so convenient to get a competitive quote. While planning my mother's 70th birthday party I knew I wanted to hire a caterer. Typically we get a local taco guy and though they are a hit every time, we wanted to try something different! As I searched, California Cookout stood out to me. The pictures of their appetizers and mason jar drinks stole the show for me!
The response time was super quick and I was able to lock in the date for my event. Nathan was all booked up, but was able to squeeze us in since we had a smaller guest list.

We had a wedding reception booked with Nathan and his team for May of 2020. When the pandemic hit we unfortunately had to cancel the big event we had planned. Nathan was quite understanding of the circumstances, and despite the contract in place, worked to get us a full refund of our deposit.
Bummed that we never got a chance to enjoy the meal we had planned, but the tastings were all delicious and it was sure not to disappoint! Would certainly be open to booking them for future events in the area.
