I just want to share that Dan does an awesome job and while I am sad that he will not be the one to do our monthly service anymore I am grateful for the months of awesome service and dedication he has provided me. I can always count on him to be professional, friendly, get the job done even when I am not at the house.

Leaving 1 star simply based on how their people drive on the road. I drive for work and am based near their office. I've constantly seen their drivers speeding and driving recklessly. The other day one hit another car and just now, I saw another driving speeding and weaving through traffic almost causing another accident.

We had the kindest older gentleman service our house for years so we started to prepay for the annual service. Just as we had prepaid enough, hundreds of dollars, they swapped the crudest, unprofessional young man who made my teenage daughters feel quite uncomfortable. When we asked for a refund and a service suspension until the older gentleman returned, they refused and supported the inappropriate comments made by the technician. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE! All Hail the Knights of Columbus. The hypocrisy!

On time, on point, very professional. It's never a good moment when you need a bug tech - so go with the best. This company recommended a treatment for my issue, they didn't try to sell me anything more than I wanted but they were so professional that i plan to set up quarterly service.
