Common View Home Inspections is a Veteran owned and family operated company located in the Summerville area.
This is the most common type of inspection and is performed when a real estate transaction is taking place. All visible and accessible systems and components of the home are inspected. More and more sellers want to understand what issues may arise out of the home inspection before they list their house on the market.
We are very impressed with Douglas Moorer's inspection of our home. His report is meticulous and specific. He took a lot of time to check even the smallest details. When all items are addressed we are comfortable with the condition of our house. He was friendly and kind very responsive knowing this is a stressful time, especially when it is done from a distance.

I was purchasing a home that was owned by the original owners for 40 years. I loved the "bones" of the house but had concerns about what I couldn't see. Doug was so friendly and helpful. He took his time looking over ever aspect of the house with a detailed eye. As he discovered things that needed to be addressed he discussed them with us. His detail report was perfect. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Doug did a great job on the inspections of a home we are in the process of purchasing. Common View Home Inspections did an amazing job inspecting our future home! Doug was very friendly and making our appointment was super easy! Once he got to the house I knew I had definitely made the right decision in choosing him! He is VERY thorough and the report was extremely detailed. I have purchased houses in the past and have always had an inspection done but Dougs report was, by far, the best report! The pictures and details are wonderful and very easy to understand.

Had Common View Home Inspections out to do an inspection before our one year walk thru with the builder. Doug was recommended to us by a neighbor who used him and we were also very happy with his services. He arrived 30 min early (that's a 1st for any company we've hired) and was very helpful, explaining everything he was doing and looking for. He then sent over his detailed report (pics included) within hours of being at our home. Great service! Thank you Doug!
