To be honest, John Ellis with Excel Comfort provided me with the best service on our house that I have ever experienced. It went beyond his knowledge and ability to help me with my ventilation issue; John took the time to explain what was happening and why. He was not in a rush to run to the next job, he took his time to make sure I completely understood, and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable to have John working on our home, and have every bit of confidence in him to address your needs. I was also very happy with his price, and he will be my go-to company for my future HVAC

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not only was the job completed in a timely fashion, and at a great price, I was properly informed about my current furnace that I was told by others was fine (its over 30 years old) and was explained all options that I could take to update or replace my system. He was very professional and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely hire again.

I highly recommend this company for heating/AC needs! I have used them twice when my furnace went off, and they responded within a couple of hours both times! Now, they are going to install a new furnace for us. But, very knowledgeable. They make sure you understand every step of what they are doing. You don't find service like this every day any more!
