It is our mission to make healthy living effortless, efficient and simple so our guests can add in the good which naturally crowds out the bad. Your sauna therapy session will use one of three Far-Infrared (FIR) Saunas that will warm the body through Direct Light Conversion. This FIR radiant heat is not ultraviolet light but a narrow band of energy within the 5.6 to 15 micron level.
This energy travels about 1 into the body, increasing circulation and nourishing damaged tissue. Chromo therapy or visible light therapy targets specific ailments that can plague people such as: depression, anxiety, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Irritable Bowel Syndrome and arthritis have been proven to be reduced through regular light therapy.

Our bodies are exposed to toxic substances every day. They are in the food we eat and the air we breathe, and expelling them is our only way to maintain our body's health. Daily sauna sweating can help detoxify your body as it rids itself of accumulated toxic heavy metals. At low temperature, infrared will penetrate the body's fat cells to expel what has built up over time.
My name is Rachel Landherr, I am a Certified Massage Therapist of 26 years. I specialize in Swedish, Manual Lymph Drainage, Sport, & Hot Stone Massage, Pulse Point Activation, Reflexology and Acupressure. Includes gentle, long, kneading strokes along with lighter, pulsing strokes on the outermost layer of muscle combined with the movement of joints, to diminish tension in the muscles and relax the mind.
To enable the infrared to penetrate tissues as deep as possible, we recommend wearing as little as possible. Cotton towel, gym shorts or a swimsuit are all perfect options. Sweat levels differentiate between each individual. Don't be surprised if you don't sweat during the first few sessions. Sweating will increase with regular use.
