Wedding photography is my full-time career. I've been going strong for 5 years, providing images for couples that they'll share for the rest of their lives. I've always been a creative kid. Growing up, my parents loved and supported the fact that I was a heavy reader. But I wouldn't only read! I loved to create.
I vividly remember writing my own short stories and trying to write fantasy novels. I drew swords and dragons, learned Photoshop when I was 10 - and I used it to create digital versions of my favorite ideas. And it's super fun to see how all that culminated into what I do now. This was all HEAVILY influenced by my grandfather - Dan Mehn.

An engagement session that's spent getting to know one another - so you and your fiance will actually know the guy pointing a camera in your face all day on your wedding day. A wedding day that isn't spent obsessing over posing for a camera, wasting precious time that you could spend intimately invested with family and friends on your day.
Whether you want to go formal or go casual, I use engagement sessions as a time set aside for my couples and I to get to know one another. Time set aside to get to know your photographer and for your photographer to get to know you - so that you're comfortable with the photographer that's going to be by your side all day on your wedding.

I was so grateful that Nick was able to take our pictures. When I got engaged, my brother told me that Nick was the absolute best option for our wedding photography. In looking at Nick's galleries, I knew that he would emphasize capturing the emotion and moments of our day, which is really what I cared about. I wasn't disappointed. I contacted nick about starting a modeling portfolio, which is very different from what he regularly does, but he was willing to work with me and give me a great price for what I was needing! He’s really friendly, fun to work with, and the photos turned out great! I did a different kind of photo shoot but I would highly recommend him for whatever you’re needing!

Nick did such an amazing job on my senior photos! We spent about an hour and a half taking photos downtown and on campus and they turned out so good! His prices were reasonable and the finished product was even better than I could have expected! I would definitely use him again if I need even more natural and beautiful photos!
