Gabriel Flores and his team at Downtown Flowers did an amazing job for our daughter's wedding in July of this year. He exceeded our expectations beyond our imagination . Gabriel is very professional but down to earth and reasonable. I highly recommend Gabriel and Downtown Flowers and we will be using them for all of our future floral needs!! The flowers were beautiful! The ordering online was so easy and the delivery was so fast! We also got a single red rose & it was so beautifully done with eucalyptus. Wow, I was visiting for a long weekend and wanted to surprise my wife with some flowers in the hotel room before we checked in. The hotel suggested Downtown Flowers. Net and I called. I checked the website prior and got the sunflower arrangement. Gabriel took the order and said the shop had done deliveries to the hotel before. Give them all the information and the next day, we check in. We get up to the room and my wife sees the arrangement and thinks hotel management sent the flowers. Great customer service! Placed an online order late at night hoping for next day delivery but website did not allow next day delivery as an option. I put it as a request in my comments and received a call next day confirming it was possible. They were so kind over the phone and sent an email confirmation when the order was delivered. First time using these guys. Absolutely amazing service. Phoned in my same day delivery order and it was delivered within a couple of hours. Barbara was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend was getting exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you Barbara. Downtown Flowers has a spectacular selection of arrangements. My best friend recently moved to downtown LA from the east coast. I searched for local florists that could provide same day delivery. They had the perfect arrangement, and my friend absolutely loves her flowers. It was very simple to order online. When I realized that I forgot to add something to the message on the card, I called and they were extremely friendly and assured me they would add to the message. I highly recommend Downtown Flowers, and I will only use them when ordering flowers for my best friend.

I was extremely pleased with my flowers I bought for Mother's Day today. I had placed an online order kind of last minute and the florist called me to tell me what I had picked out was sold out. My flowers were listed as having been hand delivered. They never arrived. And they were not answering the phone at all on a Friday (Valentine's Day). Very disappointed.
Edit: They called today to ask about the review and flowers. Fortunately they sent a picture with the delivery location and the flowers and I was able to send a picture of my front door (which is a different location). They will be redelivering the flowers today.
I have adjusted my review based on the quick response and resolution. Edits to come post delivery.

Can't tell enough about this flowershop. Their customer service is superb, warm and professional, prices unbelivabe and designs gorgeous. I have been ordering flowers from them for 2 years now, because I work nearby in downtown.

I've walked past Downtown Flowers countless times on my way to lunch or the post office, but never stopped inside because I assumed they'd be overpriced based off their location. This picture does not do this statement floral arrangement justice. Seriously, the flowers look AMAZING in person. The bouquet I received is absolutely stunning. A coworker commented: "these are obnoxiously gorgeous"! Another asked that I keep my office door open so she could see them.

Truth or dare? DARE! If you have not been here, I DARE you to come in. The TRUTH is that this flower shop is a mom and pop shop that has been in the DTLA area forever and that speaks VOLUMES of the great work they do.
Every time I walk in, the owner Gabriel is so legitimately nice and treats his customers with care.

I've ordered online through their website a couple times now. It's fast, easy, and convenient. They also give you a delivery confirmation. You can browse arrangements through their pictures on the website. And the actual arrangement is very close to what's pictured online.
I've also tried price shopping with different vendors, and their prices are pretty standard for flower delivery service in the DTLA area. There is a $12.00 delivery fee. But I definitely think it's worth it to go through Downtown Flowers for their quality and consistency.

This place saves my life! My boss asked me to get him flowers this afternoon but that flower shop never deliver it!
So I yelp for one around the office and they are still open until 8:30pm!
They arranged something for me real quick and I'm very happy with how they turned out. These did not break my wallet either.
