I received a call by these people this morning about our sign, which has not worked since we moved here in December.
The salesman asked if we needed help with our sign. I said, sure, send someone out. He said he would.
Without a heads up about when a service person would arrive or asking when is convenient to our store, two men show up.
Right as we were closing for lunch.
The older one states he is here to look at our sign. I introduce myself as the manager and he responds indifferently. He is on his way
out the door when I state I must know what it will cost to look at our sign. He tells
