I started my career more than 20 years ago. During this journey, I worked in all kinds of kitchens, from small Diners, family-owned restaurants, and Celebrity Chef Jhonny V, known as a "Caribbean Cowboy, " in the fancy Las Olas Boulevard Fort Lauderdale, Fl. I was Head Chef in small local restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, Line Chef at the Prestigious Coral Ridge Country Club.

We had the pleasure of having Chef Walter prepare a private dinner for us on a recent trip to St Augustine. Prior to the event, he worked closely with me to hone the menu, ensuring that the richness of flavour, texture and presentation would not be compromised by our dietary restrictions.
We love seafood and chocolate so he created a fantastic 4 course menu which included mussels, shrimp crepes, swordfish and a german chocolate cake. I must add that he did all this in the smallest kitchen known to man--neither of us knew how big the kitchen would be and were going in blind. This man is a professional

Chef Walter did a superb job for me and my fiancée birthday dinner. The food was delicious and the presentation of the food was amazing. His persona was also inviting and pleasing. If you are ever in the Jacksonville area, you must solicit his service, you will not be disappointed. Chef Walter we thank you and we will highly recommend you to others.

We wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a nice dinner at home and Chef Walter exceeded our expectations!! Chef Walter was amazing in every aspect - communication, being on time, cleanliness, very high quality ingredients and of course, delicious food. We switched the menu a little bit and he had no problem with that. Highly recommended Chef Walter!! He is very nice and accommodating. It was an amazing 4 course dinner!! We will definitely have him back!!

Chef Walter prepared an incredible surf and turf dinner for our anniversary. Each course included made from scratch sauces or dressing that were perfect. Every item in every course contained depth and unique twists. Chef Walter is clearly a master. It was one of the best meals I have had. He was an excellent host and created a memorable evening for us. We will definitely be working with him again, and hope to retain his services for one of his famous themed parties. Don’t forget to request the tiramisu!

We had such a wonderful experience with Chef Walter! He was very responsive in his communication and provided different ideas for our menu and allowed us to customize how we pleased! We created a menu with two appetizers, salad, entree and dessert. He even made a special menu for our kids - even included them to make bon-bon desserts (which they loved!) Everything was DELICIOUS! From our chorizo and cheese empanadas to our bison & lobster entree - I couldn't have asked for a better birthday dinner for my fiancé.
