One the best experience I have ever experienced with a Dentist if I can give 10 stars I would! Not only was she kind and understanding. But she genuinely cares for her patients. Being a new patient with a toothache during stay at home shelter, she has been corresponding with me via email. Till the date I got to see her to remove my wisdom tooth and ease the pain. She has been checking with me via txt on my health and condition. Her staff are friendly and nice a reflection of her. Even if I move I'm still going to visit her.

New to the area I asked my sister if she knew of a good dentist. She immediately told me about her dentist, Dr. Caressa Louie. Said she is the best dentist she ever had! My husband met with her and he said the same thing my sister had said. Still skeptical, I did not immediately make an appointment . All of the staff at Dr. Caressa Louie's office are the BEST EVER!! Through the years, my 5 kids and I have suffered a dental crisis at 1 time or another... Thankfully, Dr Louie has always come to our rescue and put us back together again! Dr Louie and her staff make us feel incredibly comfortable and at ease with every visit. For us, we not only have an amazing Dentist and Staff, they are like family!

Dr.Caressa Louie is a great Dentist to go to, especially if you do not like shots. She is the only dentist I have been to that has given me painless shots. (I know when it's coming but I try to stay relaxed and, she's already done it!) She has a kind and cheerful manner and always keeps you informed of what is going on during your procedure and she is constantly making sure you are doing well. If you are afraid of going to a dentist, then go see Dr. Louie and her awesome staff, they will make you feel welcomed and at ease.
