The cigarette smell is horrible. Some of the residents still smoke in their apartments. I went from no oxygen use to using oxygen 24 /7 after being here less than one year. The hallways are dark and dingy, smells musty. The rules are not enforced. Looking for a place to rent that is smoke free pass this one up.
