The cigarette smell is horrible. Some of the residents still smoke in their apartments. I went from no oxygen use to using oxygen 24 /7 after being here less than one year. The hallways are dark and dingy, smells musty. The rules are not enforced. Looking for a place to rent that is smoke free pass this one up.

The tenants were nice. But, the smoke was terrible making uncomfortable for people to breathe. The manager was rarely around.
