Hamilton is extremely easy to work with. Very responsive (even texting back to my questions late at night), and a very good listener. I never had to repeat myself - and he understood my vision, and saw it through. There were a few hiccups with the inspector and unanticipated changes that had to be made to accommodate, but for the most part things went smoothly and I'm glad I went with Hamilton. He also warranties all the work for a whole year which is longer than other quotes I had. He's honest, and transparent - detailing to the half hour, tasks that are done. His recommendations are worth taking
