Tom was non existent during our purchase. He sent someone inexperienced to show us houses and didn't show up until we had an offer ready. We had to drag him along through the process and ultimately wound up purchasing a house that was still occupied by the previous seller. We had to redirect our movers and wait on the front lawn until they were gone. No help from him during this rough transaction.
