I had rented a property managed by Dover International for a little over 4 years. Beginning in March 2018, I requested that items that had been in disrepair be fixed, specifically leaking pipes, mold, a broken light fixture and a window that had been screwed shut. The company responded with a letter terminating my tenancy. I've made a complaint to the state's Agriculture and Consumer Affairs department asking them to be a liaison between me and the company to resolve the issue. Dover responded that the tenancy termination was a result of a late rental payment, which is inaccurate. I've provided
