After getting sick I was severely dehydrated and came into the ER for IV fluids. Upon arrival the Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Felter, was very arrogant and rude. She pumped an already cold and sick individual full of cold saline and when I requested a blanket she made the snide remark of “it’s 71 in here but sure I’ll get you a blanket.” This woman had no compassion nor empathy. She also treated me as if I didn’t know my own body. The nurse and lady from the lab were fantastic.

I have to give this hospital a huge THANK YOU!
We were on vacation in St. Charles when my son woke up at 4am with severe stomach pain, after a few hours thinking it was just severe gas we decided to take him to the closest ER. My son is 21 year's old with pain so severe that he couldn't stand up. Long story short he ended up having emergency surgery for a vary rare medical condition that we didn't even know he had.
The ER staff, surgeon, anesthesiologist, nursing staff were all AMAZING! Everybody treated us like we were a member of there family. We were 2 hours from home and our son had to stay

We had really excellent care in the ER on Thanksgiving Day 2020. We had been involved in a 4-wheeler accident and went to Bear Lake Memorial for evaluation. The ER provider on that day was amazing! Her name is Jennifer Felter. She was not only very competent and thorough, but kind and caring. A nurse named Andrea was caring and attentive. Paul Crane from the radiology department was also very good. We felt like we got excellent care from the minute we stepped into the ER, to the moment we left, with very detailed discharge instructions. Thank you to all!

The staff and PA were very friendly. Hospital was ok. When I received the bill it was over $2600 for some stitches. My son had some stitches a month previously and the total bill was $200 through an urgent care. If you can go anywhere else DO SO or be prepared to pay ten times the rate for simple procedures.

My daughter broker her wrist while long boarding during our vacation at Bear Lake, so we went here to get her in a splint rather than drive through the canyon back to Logan (those were our in-network options). They told us up front that, while they could take care of her at the hospital, it would cost a lot more than if we went through a neighboring doctor's clinic first --- so they called the doctor's clinic and got us in right away with a PA. We had to come back to the hospital to do the X-rays after being seen by the PA and the X-ray staff was so friendly and kind, they gave my daughter the

I would suggest avoiding this hospital at all costs unless you would like to be paying an overpriced service. Took my eight-year-old to the ER while we were vacationing at Bear Lake for two small stitches in his cheek. While the doctor and nurse were fantastic and we were in and out in 10 minutes they are billing me over $700 for a 10 minute visit and 2 stitches. That is also not including the over $150 I had to pay the doctor separately. When I consulted with the billing department the first lady was very helpful and friendly and agreed that the costs were outrageous I was then transferred to

They are the very most caring human beings on the planet!!(I know because my late wife was hospitalized several times here in Kansas)the nurses went completely out of there way to help me..they even personally laundered my clothes so I would have cleaned clothes to fly home..the whole staff starting with the cleaning person, office personal, nurses kitchen staff,(gave me extra bacon every morning)and

If there was a word that conveyed bottomless depths of gratitude, coupled with inspiration, hope, and humility, I would be using it here. Doctor and Launa Campbell, and the entire nursing staff this last weekend were incredible. Having baby #4 I never could have anticipated that anything would go out of the ordinary for this labor. However that is far from the way it happened, and after a very slow, long and stalled labor they were still compassionate, and very patient with this tired, hormonal mama. They allowed me to decide what I felt was best for my unborn child and myself while presenting

#1 - I called front desk 8 days ago asking for an itemized accounting of the charges (on my insurance statement), lady said "I'll send it out today", I still haven't received it.
#2 - My local pharmacist called Dr. Cranes office to renew my medication, Dr. Crane was "out of town" and his office apparently made no effort to have another Dr. renew this; pharmacy had to call again 7 days later.
