Texas Shower Co gets a score of 10 from me with a 10 being the best. I first spoke with Anne who arranged everything. She sent Glen out who did an absolutely perfect job. He arrived on time and was extremely clean. Texas Shower Co provides the best customer service experience in my opinion!

Texas Shower Co. did an amazing job renovating my master bath...They were professional, detail oriented, finished on time and left the site clean everyday. Great overall experience and final product! The company was very professional and knowledgeable. After having not so great experiences with other contractors in the past, it was such a relief to find someone trustworthy (communicative, stuck to timeline etc.). They helped us feel confident from start to finish which made the project stress-free. Also our bathroom looks amazing. Very happy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bathroom remodeling.

Chad and his crew remodeled both my bathrooms. From the first meeting with Anne Fuller who interfaces with the customer from beginning to end, I knew this was the company I would use and learn to trust. Having my own business, I wasn't able to be at home during most of the remodeling but came to feel completely comfortable with leaving a temporary code in order for the guys to just let themselves into my house and work throughout the day.
From the demo to Gabriel who did the tiling to the installation, it all went without a hitch.

Texas shower company neglected to spec my project correctly, then abruptly abandoned the aforementioned line item, instead of making it right, without giving any cogent reason, let alone an apology, instead trying to blame me. This is after I already hired them for a 15k project, months earlier. I hope they treat new customers better than they treat old customers. very disappointed.
