I worked with Paul LeClaire of Ultimate Roofing and had a great experience. Reading the one other review for this company perhaps I was lucky (though that writer was downstate...)
However, I called a colleague who has lived in Delmar for many years and he recommended Paul (he didn't recall/know the company with which he is associated) but indicated he was reliable, trustworthy and did work of high quality.
It took Paul a week to get back to me, but I called in July in the height of summer roofing season. I was looking for minor roof repair, but also was braced for the worst and prepared

I had my roof replaced which was a big job (38 square, multi-faceted roof with several different pitches and angles). Paul was on-time for my estimate and provided a very thorough overview of their process and what to expect. There was no feeling of a sales pitch at all. On the day of the job the crew arrived early, got right to work, and cleaned up well. I knew I had a leak in a spot not visible from the ground, but didn’t know how bad it was. The damage could have easily been ignored and just covered up. Josh, the project manager, spent the better part of the day just repairing the damaged

We required a roof replacement that involved removing slate from our very large roof and replacing rotted decking. Ultimate brought a large crew and the work was completed in 1 day. Cleanup was great. We are very pleased with the entire process; Paul answered all of our questions up front and Tom was on site all day during the install. Price was very reasonable compared to other local roofers.

ULTIMATE ROOFING IS AN ULTIMATE SCAM. Ultimate Roofing needs to be called out on this company's unethical practices and policies. I live in a townhouse and Tom of Ultimate Roofing charged me $7,300.00 for half a roof and this is outrageous. He left things undone, unsightly and cob jobbed my gutters which was supposed to be part of this job. One of the gutters is completely non-functional. He did not replace it as discussed, so it continues to not function properly which creates other huge costly problems like ice dams, mega water overflow issues and continued water damage in and around my

A free estimate to start. They made sure the permits were in place prior to any work starting. I have a Flat roof and if the work is not right it cold cost a fortune in repairs, so I was worried about that. The Crew worked in sync with each other, they were extremely professional and hard workers. They arrived at 7am and started work immediately and worked straight through to 7pm to finish the roof.
