Lil Grads Preschool & Daycare
Our Preschool / Daycare was established in 2007 and has been responsible for providing outstanding personalized one-on-one assistance to families with educational and developmental needs. Our parents particularly value the day- to day personalized service, speech therapy, structured program, and socially happy children.

Our goal is to prepare children to be intellectually competent along with autonomous problem solving skills which gives them the ability to cope with the "here" and "now". To create young dynamic citizens who have the potential to successfully lead us in the future. Our program is designed to meet the developing needs of young children (o - 5 years).
Services
As professionals with extensive experience in the child care field, we help coach parents to be effective in disciplining themselves and their child. We create stress free parents by coaching and performing home visits as a program to modify baby/toddler behavior. Might it be eating/ socializing /delayed speech/ temper tantrums/independent napping/sleeping/following directions/ respecting adults- all in a positive discipline approach.
Lil Grads Preschool & Daycare has been selected to receive the Small Business Excellence Award for 2019 in the Preschool & Day Care category. This recognizes small businesses that serve Union City. Each year we identify companies that we believe have achieved outstanding success in the Union City area.
I remember the first day I dropped him at your day care, I was so worried about my decision. It wasn't easy for me to trust a stranger but Ms Nasreen and Ms Dellyisa helped me calm down. Ms Angel has a lovely smile and I often see her keeping the kids interested in play when I come to pick up my son.
My son is three-years-old and has never been to preschool. I am considering enrolling him in some programs for tots now and then sending him to kindergarten when he turns five. Is preschool necessary? Preschool is not necessary for a child to enjoy or do well in kindergarten. It is fine if your son waits until he is five before he begins formal schooling.
Speech-language experts agree that parental involvement is crucial to the success of a child's progress in speech or language therapy. Parents are an extremely important part of their child's therapy program, and help determine whether it is a success. Kids who complete the program quickest and with the most lasting results are those whose parents have been involved.

One of our best decisions for our child's life was to entrust he's care to Lil' Grads during he's most fragile time of he's life. For that we are forever grateful...
