Vanessa Alcaraz graduated from HandsOn Therapy School of Massage in 2000. After working on her own she decided to open Elite Massage Spa in 2003. She has always found great joy in helping others.

Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee over a period of eight weeks.This technique is used for chronic problems creating body tension, pain and reduced range of motion. Forms of this deeper work include trigger point, myofacial release and stretching.

This was my first time at the spa and I really enjoyed my experience. They lock the front door during your appointment so even though you're in the back in a small room, no one can barge into the spa and disturb the absolute peace and relaxation of your treatment!
The professional who took care of me was very friendly and explained the procedure in great detail, which I liked. She also gave good advice for after-care and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I came to get a massage and a body scrub for my birthday, I waited in the lobby for 10 min before a lady going on her break realized I was there. Valerie,(if I'm not mistaken) the massage therapist who worked on me never bothered to ask questions or fill out an intake sheet. After asking her twice not to massage my feet bc I was ticklish she laughed at me a proceeded to massage my feet with more pressure. I thought that was the WEIRDest thing ever. I was very sad that my birthday gift went so crappy but I' hope that this review helps anyone who is interested in coming to this place.
