They have been messing with my grandma for months now. First flooring laid down bubbled up and said it was a product defect and they would fix it, no problem. They came to install new flooring a month later! They then said they would come one day and didn't show up or call us back several tiles. They finally got one room done (kitchen). Then next were supposed to come do our porch well showed up said door wouldn't clear new floor so just left and never called. Finally got a hold of us and set a date to come. Once again they didn't show up! We are now 4 months into this and it still isn't finished
