Wayne was fantastic, couldn't have asked for a better advocate when getting repairs on my jeep. Helped me through communicating with my insurance company, and repairing my car after the insurance initially claimed it was totaled. Not only was it not totaled, but they ended up going under budget. Great work and excellent service!

This is my first time using Thoma for auto body work. They were recommended by my insurance company. While it took about a month to my car in, I am completely satisfied. My car was drivable so the wait wasn't an inconvenience. From Shirley at the front desk to Wayne who oversaw the work, everyone was so friendly. They got the work done quickly and made sure my ride was clean upon pick up. They also made me aware of a diagnostic issue that showed up that was unrelated to the body work. I definitely recommend Thoma Auto Body.

My family and I have used this business for years because they do great body work. I will never use them again. The office is really disorganized. When I took my vehicle in, I provided copies of the estimate from my insurance, and completed additional paperwork with my own information. I was told it would be three weeks before they could get my vehicle in for service. No problem. I took my vehicle in on the appointment date and they had none of my information. No estimates, nothing. I again filled out paperwork and left my vehicle in their care. I was initially told it would be ready in 3-4 days

Beyond happy with the work they did on my truck. It was all done in a timely manner and finished early. They also kept me up to date on the progress throughout the repair via text messages which was really nice. Truck was cleaned and the office staff were very polite and professional. Best experience I have ever had with a body shop.

Wayne is an amazing human being and made A horrible experience from an accident the best possible scenario. He is extremely kind, intelligent, Knowledgeable about fixing cars which I have no idea about cars, and helpful. Anyone I spoke to when I called in was very friendly and professional. My ca was hit by another driver while parked, the whole drivers side of the car needed repairs and painted. The outside of the car looks beautiful, they did a great job with the repair and paint. But the inside of my car was left very damaged from taking the panels off. I included pictures. I also had stains al over the leather in my backseat. And the lights on my side doors near the floor boards no longer work. The first day, the buttons on my door did not work and I took it back in and they fixed the buttons to work. But the inside interior damage was not fixed.

Went to Thoma to replace a mirror on my car after being hit while parked on the street. I was able to drop my car off the night before so I didn't have to rush in the morning before work. They also allow you to sign paperwork via email which was very helpful. The car was ready a day later and they even vacuumed my car for me. Great customer service, the staff was fast and friendly, I will definitely use them for any future repairs.

Visited your shop on 4/6/19 and got a quote on rust repair. Called the next week to make an appointment. Receptionist even game me information on car rentals and said Enterprise can have a car there for me at that time. After seeing the prices for those rentals, I decided I would just take an Uber home.
Showed up for my appointment 4/15/19 30 minutes early. Then the "gentleman" that helped me promptly said they do not do rust repair anymore. "I'm sorry brother" is the only response I received. I sure wish someone had called me and let me know before I drove all the way

Was immediately greeted with a smile. After my vehicle had been assessed I was offered a tour of the shop without even asking, some of the best customer service around. Chris one of the guys there showed me around the shop and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Fantastic pricing and the best customer service! I would highly recommend for any auto body need!!!

I brought my van into have some damaged fixed on the bumper from a small accident. While I was there I requested that they would fix a small rust issue. The estimate for that was around $500. That would include replacing the metal and repainting in the area. They fixed it it looked good until a couple months later. The paint began to bubble and it was clear that the issue was back. I brought it back in and they said that something must not have been done right and so they fixed it again. Around four months later the issue returned.
