The Kia Seltos has spacious, comfortable seating for five. Your tall passengers will even have enough head- and legroom in the second row. We were on the last day of our vacation when the lift gate latch broke on our 2018 Kia Sorento. We pulled into the Kia dealership late in the afternoon hoping for a miracle that it could be
fixed before driving back home the next morning. Within minutes the service manager had our car in the shop. Told us it was covered under warranty and the part was in stock. An hour later it was completely repaired and ready. The crazy part is, an hour after that we left with a 2022 Kia Telluride. Made us an offer we just couldn’t refuse.

I had a very good experience here. Since becoming a single mom of twins things have been getting harder and harder for me. Something I’ve truly been wanting was a beautiful new car. Turned down again and again at other dealers, I put my faith into this Kia dealership. Max and Rodrick and AJ really understood my concerns and hardships and did their absolute best to get me a good rate. I walked away…with the car of my dreams and a payment I can afford. They also had a lovely get together for the kids to have milk and cookies with Santa. Just a coincidence but made our experience so much better

We took our car here after receiving a voicemail inviting us for a complimentary service. After engaging in an argument with the front desk person, we paid for services. Only to wait for over two hours for an oil change when we had an appointment. Getting up to check the status on our car, my husband kept asking only to find employees playing on their phones and informing him to go on to another person to ask. After over 2 hours, he went to the back where our car was sitting only to find two young individuals inside playing on their phones and goofing off under the guise that they were wiping down

I was asked if I would be interested in trading up from my 2017 KIA Niro to the 2020 edition. I said of course. I financed my last KIA with KIA Financing. Never late. This is my third KIA - Soul, Optima, Niro. I am a Lyft Driver and make quite a bit of money. In fact, am considering a Tesla. They said financing should be no problem. They ran my social security number across 16 other banks... 16 Credit Report Hits... Welcome to poverty! I asked them to only run it across KIA. Ever buy a KIA again? OHN.

To add to injury, I went to Orlando KIA to see if they could help. They ran another credit report

Sad to say my Kia Optima will be the last Kia I own! My ongoing experience with Bill Bryan Kia has ensured that. I have a 2016 Kia Optima that has been in and out for issues with oil consumption. Ultimately after numerous visits and hours of sitting and waiting I went in for what was supposed to be my last check on the test and an oil change. Turns out there was no oil in my car and the light never came on so it failed the test but I had to wait all day while more test were run until finally it was time to close so I was given a rental car because the engine was going to need to be

Wasted 1 hr and half drive after I told them about my car fax trade in send the vin number to get more accurate numbers pull my credit explained to them every single detail so i dint waste my time , but sure enough they wasted my time and gave me way different numbers than they showed me .. beware they will tell you anything to get you in there and switch everything.. I feel I was catfished.. No more honest dealers around

I had one of the best car buying experiences I could have ever imagined today at Bill Bryan Kia. Our sales guy Chris was so amazing! Seriously so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, no pressure, and accommodating. I could go on. He listened to what I wanted and tried to make that happen even when I felt like I didn't make sense. Car buying can be stressful! In the end, Chris, the sales manager Humberto and our finance guy MJ were the perfect team. I couldn't have asked for a better group of gentleman to help. In the end I got to drive off with the sexiest car on the lot!

I purchased a used Kia from here in 2013, we still have it & I am satisfied with the deal we originally got on it.

However, it has this loud clicking noise every time you put it in forward or reverse from park. I have complained about this at each & every service/oil change appointment both before the warranty expired & after. Supposedly they couldn't ever hear the noise or identify the issue.

Last year we fought with Kia Corporate about the issue & we were finally contacted by the "new" service manager. He admitted that he saw where the complaints were made
