This place is subpar in the service that they render to the elderly! My grandmother had an xray that showed a spine fracture that was never reported to my family. IF YOU DO NOT LOVE WORKING WITH THE ELDERLY, QUIT! YOU WASTE OF SPACE!!!

I had no call buzzer in my room. If I needed a nurse I had to wheel my wheelchair into hallway to find. Where were the CNA's on midnight shift? There was wonderful staff during daytime. However there were many rude people. Ignoring my questions. The food looked like dog food. I had to start ordering in. Oh, and they had roaches. I could go on....

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! My experience at the Rehabilitation center of the Palm Beaches exceeded my expectations. First off the facility is beautiful. The newly renovated rooms surpassed any SNF that my mother has ever attended. In addition to the facility, the staff was AMAZING. I especially have to commend their DON Nadine Lucien. She was attentive, respectful, knowledgeable and made both my mother and I feel very welcomed. Before my mother was discharged she ensured that all of our needs were met. She is truly one of a kind!!! Nadine as well as the attending staff are one

I wish I could rate them minus 5 stars, but one was the lowest I could go. In my opinion, it's an awful place. If I had to do it again, I would never have trusted them with my father's care. My father was not even given assistance when he would not or could not feed himself. I was forced to go several times a day to make sure he ate. More than once I would come in to a full tray of cold food. I spoke to the nurse and she said he ate a huge portion ( like 70%) of his meal... while his full tray was in his room collecting flies!!! They were flat out lying on hospital documents!!! I checked regularly

This facility has exceeded my expectations. My dad was here recovering from hip surgery. Cindy from Admissions came to the hospital to talk to my dad and calm his nerves about transferring to a rehab facility. Rehab of the Palm Beaches is clean and the staff is friendly. The physical therapy has been good and they are very encouraging. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Do not send your loved ones to this place. We had a very bad experience with our loved one which ended in them being sent to a hospital for treatment. The nursing staff doesn't answer the questions or return calls. After repeated calls, we finally reached someone that vaguely answered questions. The social worker there needs to be replaced, she is inexperienced and overwhelmed. She portraits that when speaking with her too. She doesn't give factual statements and told me that an issue had not been weeks old when I know exactly when the issue was. We are taking legal action at this point because

Me and my family were going to an event and we live about to hours away from this place, before we left to come pick up my grandfather we called the nurses department to tell the to make sure he was dressed. Two hours later we got to “The Rehabilitation Center of the Palm Beaches” and when we got there we walked into his room and he was neither out of bed nor dressed. We ended up having to dress him ourselves. There are some good nurses that actually do there job,but I guess they weren’t here today. These nurses do very poorly at their job and are very very lazy.

This place is horrific. If you are thinking of sending your family here PLEASE CHANGE YOUR MIND. Unfortunately, my mother was placed here from a nearby hospital for rehabilitation services. After being here for 5 weeks, my mother got worse instead of better. Physical therapy was barely an hour a day for only 5 days a week. The entire staff has absolutely no sense of urgency and could care less about the patients. Also, it could have to do with the fact that the entire place is way understaffed. One night my mother pushed her call bell and waited 30 minutes without a response until she finally decided
