VanHiusing was recommended by my realtor. Having just purchased a house, I appreciated their quick and professional appointments and estimates. They fulfilled all their commitments, being very thorough during the walk thru when I explained the scope of work. They were efficient and left the house as before - except for a really nice paint job. Because I plan a remodel in some rooms, they did not do all the rooms at this time. But based on my positive experience working with them, I intend to hire them for the other rooms.

Vlad and his crew are absolutely terrific - we used them extensively to repaint the whole interior of our new home (including cabinet refinishing) as well as to repaint our old home in preparation to sell it (including a ceiling repair). Throughout the process they communicated well, had fantastic attention to detail, and when the 100+ heat wave hit were able to juggle the schedule to both keep the crew safe and the project completed on time. Vlad provided a fair and accurate estimate, everything was well documented, he and his team asked clarifying questions to ensure we were all on the same page

I think the before and after pictures of my kitchen would tell you how amazing their job is. They are very polite and gentle and is really good at preparing for the paint job and Make sure they get every spots covered. They do an awesome job for all my cabinets in the house including kitchen and two bathrooms. I will definitely remember Vanhousing painters to all my friends and families!

Vladimir and his team did an outstanding job. A recent flooding episode (hardwood floor damage) forced an "improptu" kitchen remodel. Vlad was able to step in quickly with a quote and get the work done in a timely fashion, and was straightforward and very reasonable on pricing.
I was particularly impressed with the level of attention to detail that his team put into prepping prior to spraying. Updated post. A rep from this company (not Vladimir) came out to bid on our project, took some pictures and said we would get an emailed bid. Never heard back.
After posting the review above, except that I thought it was Vladimir who came to see the job, we heard from the company stating they had sent a quote. Not exactly. It arrived with their request to update our review.
So this is a review about a dropped communication, and "could've been better" still fits with regard to communication. We cannot speak to the quality of their work. Sounds like others had a better experience

Vladimir was one of only a couple of companies who acknowledged my request for an estimate to paint my kitchen cabinets and some cabinetry in an adjoining room. The estimate was a fair one and, as it was their very busy season, I was happy to wait for their availability. I'm so glad we did. Vladimir met with us a week before the job was due to start to go over details and expectations with us. He was punctual, polite and communicated thoroughly.

After my initial request for a quote, I got Response within the same day asking me further questions about the job, I responded back right away. I then didn't hear anything til about 5 days later, at which time he asked if I was still interested and if I was, he was booked until November 1st. I felt the communication was poor and then when he did respond it was with disinterest. I am pleased to have found a different painter that has great communication skills and follow through. Inquire at your own risk but make sure you have months to have job completed.

I'm in love with my kitchen cabinets! Beyond what I expected and proof that you do not need to replace them. Also had the exterior of house painted - turned out beautiful! Enjoyed the crew - they where very friendly and 100% attention to detail.
Vladimir was the only person out of 5 requests that came to my home to bid and sent me a professional quote. He is who you will want to work with on your next painting project.

Highly recommend Vladimir and his team. They are prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job on our decks. I think the price was fair too. The decks look better than the original finish that came with our brand new house!
