First things first, concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury categorized as a "mild" brain injury because concussions are usually not life-threatening. In general all tests and images are normal. It is not a structural injury but a functional injury, and the effects of a concussion can be serious.

Worst Dr office I've ever been in. I sat in a room from 8:15 to 11:15 3 hours for my 3 month checkup to get my meds refilled. I never saw a doctor which is not unusual as I usually see nurse practioner everytime because I don't know why but not even seeing np or doctor for 3 hours is horrible. There so unorganized unprofessional and never do calling in of meds correctly. I've had the worst experience with them maybe others have had better but to wait that long to just get my prescriptions refilled is disrespectful as a client. Which I walked out and will not go back

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Extremely disorganized and dirty. When I was brought to the room to be seen by the Dr, which turned out to be a NP, they had open needles on the counter because the waste for needles was full. That was my first turn off. Then I was informed that everything I came in for was “closed that day” labs, etc. I feel like the receptionist should have asked what I was being seen for to inform me that Doctors aren’t in on fridays and labs and other testing is closed fridays, I probably would have scheduled my appt for a different day. This is the facility where patients go for all labs and testing. Even if you think you have an appointment, it doesn't stand. You put your name on a list when you get there. I had an appointment for a test, got down there from Florence, and they were closed! There was a severe weather warning for the county they're in, but I didn't know as I don't live in that county and didn't hear any warning. No phone call. No sign on the door. No answer to phone calls inside, no answering machine or service. They just stand you up.

This place is absolutely horrible. They always over book patients. The average wait time is 1.5-2 hours. It doesn’t matter if you get there late or early, you’ll always end up waiting for at least 1 hour. It’s ridiculous. Don’t brother with this place unless you want to spend most of your day napping in their waiting room.

Disorganized,fired too many experienced staff leaving mostly young inexperienced staff. Expect long waits from over booking patients.We waited almost 2 hours on more than one occasion due to staff inability to triage patients,forgetting to sign patients in on arrival,not allowing appropriate time for new patients to be seen.Just to name a few.
Also,for months we have heard "our fax machine is old and doesn't work right". I suspect the staff cannot trouble shoot or even work it if the "go" button doesn't work the first time..or it is an extremely old machine that needs replacing and no one wants

Staff doesn't LISTEN, they're RUDE, AND YOU WAIT FOR HOURS To see a Dr who barely listens to you for 5 min. I've called 3 times about a referral.
While I was waiting for my second appointment the front staff stopped doing ALL work to ARGUE with each other about why paperwork isn't done.
I've been to two appointments where both times Dr L has sent in a referral to me. I've been back to the Dr twice and the incompetent staff hasn't helped me. I'm in pain and the dr honestly doesn't know what this is. None of the medicine has helped.

My mother goes to this practice and her Dr is awesome, but the office part is unorganized, rude, and plain unprofessional. It makes you wonder how in the world the people at the front desk even got their degree or if they are educated. It is a nightmare to try to get a refill on a medication. It's impossible. The only way to get them is when you actually see the doctor.. if you forget to get a refill when you see the doctor well your screwed until the next month basically.
