You are so busy and your personal schedule is so full, that finding the time to devote to planning your event is a huge challenge. You have a vision for your special event and ideas for what you want included, but all of the efforts to achieve your vision are time-consuming and time is at a premium.
Planning your event should be a wonderful experience, but we know it can also include challenges. There are numerous details which we will handle, so that you can enjoy your special event. We offer to be present throughout the entire event, to help minimize worries, so that you know a professional is ready to handle any issues which arise.

In 2006, Laurie Dies founded Capitol Weddings & Events, LLC, as a full service special event creation and coordination business, which provides strategic preparation, planning, development and implementation services. As a special events consultant and wedding planner, Laurie has provided a variety of wedding planning, corporate event planning, non-profit organization fundraiser planning and association planning services to a variety of clients.
