Services
Dr. Zachary Ellis grew up in Abilene, TX. He attended college at Texas A&M and earned a degree in Finance while taking prerequisite classes for dental school. He then spent four years at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Afterwards, he attended a one-year residency at the VA hospital in Temple, TX, and there acquired a certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
A child's first visit to the dentist should be enjoyable. Children are not born with a natural fear of the dentist, but they can fear the unknown. Our office makes a special effort to use pleasant, non-frightening, simple words to describe each treatment. We want you and your child to feel at ease from the moment your family arrives at our office.
Dr. Matthew Carraway was born in Del Rio, Texas, and considers San Antonio to be his home. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio as an undergraduate in Biology and was accepted early into dental school. His Doctorate of Dental Surgery was awarded by UT Health Science Center at San Antonio.
At Basin Pediatric Dentistry, we are dedicated to providing each child with painless, nurturing, and laugher-filled visits, caring for their welfare and health as we would our own family! For Dr. Zach Ellis, Dr. Kelcey Parrott, Dr. Matt Carraway, and our team, nothing is more important than earning your child's trust.
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. We understand that your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to children's needs and it is our goal to make your child feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.

My wife was in pain though-out the whole process of removing her wisdom teeth even expressed her concerns to the doctor and was just reassured that she will be OK even with the sedation and the local anesthetic 1800$ for pain and discomfort though-out and nothing prescribed after the surgery..... will absolutely never return

We were so thankful for Dr. Kelcey Parrott and her staff. They were all so sweet and patient. Dr. Kelsey made my toddler feel comfortable at her first big dental appointment. Not to mention, they got us in super fast.

Dr. Zach Ellis is amazing! My son broke his tooth at the pool and they immediately got him in and fixed his tooth the same day. They did a composite partial reconstruction since the other part of his tooth was lost and they made it look just like his old one just from pictures. Very satisfied with service. It's been almost two years and the tooth still looks great and so far no issues with it :-)
