Zeno and his team are fantastic. He helped me pick my carpet and the padding and I could not have been happier with the choice of carpet. It feels like I'm walking on clouds! The installers were also very professional in installing the carpets. It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Zeno and the team. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs. Great experience from start to finish. Sales (Alan) was helpful in picking out a suitable product; got an accurate (to the penny) estimate, which was completely honored.
Installation was on time, and concluded earlier than planned. The installers were polite, professional, and did an excellent job. They did not waste any time, as a matter of fact they didn't stop, just worked straight through until complete.
I was even surprised to receive a post installation thank you note, and a Christmas card as well!
Would definitely use this company again, and would not hesitate to recommend

Called Friday at 2:30 PM when my carpet layer flaked for Saturday at 12:00 PM. Spoke with Alan who was very friendly. He worked out coming to my place to lay carpet at 12:00 PM as planned.
Saturday at 10:00 AM, I called them, and stated I had completed everything and if the carpet people wanted to come early they could. The rep I spoke with stated he was not sure, and requested to call me back. I told him it was no big deal, and was just trying to make their day easier if they were "waiting" to service my house. The rep called back, and did state the workers would be out sooner
