I rented a business location at xxxx Yosemite Blvd Modesto, CA 95354 for seven years owned by Alex Nackoul, CEO of Brownstone Mortgage Capital Corporation in Santa Ana, CA I paid a security deposit of $850.00 and I had not received my deposit back. I emailed Laura Perez, his assistant when we would receive the deposit back. And Laura claimed she mailed an "Itemization." to the xxxx Yosemite Blvd Modesto, CA address but this is NOT a mailing address and Laura had our mailing address in the state of Alabama. I have an email where I told Laura that this is NOT a mailing address prior to

I love working at brownstone with my dad and it's so much fun to work there I scan, I shred, I check the mail, I fax, I make copies, I print labels, and I learn some stuff there. My dad also has me go to his meetings. Also my dad takes me with him on business trips which are fun for me. Working at brownstone is so much fun for me.
