Took my friend in for her Covid-19 vaccine booster. They were very friendly and helpful. No waiting, didn't need an appointment either. Walked in, answered a few questions got the shot and we were finished. 20 minutes at the most.

Worst customer service ever. They bug the heck out of you to pick up your meds with exception of your pain meds. This place tries to hold your pain meds for ransom , then bug you to pick up cough syrup. This is not a efficient place nor does the reps act like they care. My wife is suffering from Cancer and they gave us a hard time getting her meds and even lied to us. Take your business elsewhere especially if you have a terminally I'll loved one. This place shows more compassion or empathy.

For people that say they have fast service are wrong! I've been coming to Boies for ages, and it seems they have new owners because the customer service is just horrible! I'm having too many issues with them that it's time to switch pharmacies. Dropped off an Rx at 11 am for 3 medications and it's almost time to close and nothing. I called around 4ish and still nothing. For the owners who sold it, why let this hometown gem pharmacy go down the drain? So sad!

I go pick up my gradmas meds every month, they refill everything fast and are actually caring they know you by the name and always ask if you need anything else. Girls are really sweet and can really multi task! Small pharmacies are way better than any big retail pharmacy! definitely recommend this ! They always explain why it's taking long too unlike Walgreens and raleys!!! I love how they don't make you hold and can actually talk to someone directly!! Best in town off tops !

In November of 2018, my sister and I began the process of transferring my mother's prescriptions to Boies. My sister and mom went into Boies on Nov. 13, 2018. They talked to someone there and gave all the information for the transfer. After several phone calls, Boies still hasn't gotten it right. And they have blamed us of lying. Customer service is very poor and very rude. We will be transferring to another pharmacy.

So I have been going here for years for all my prescriptions. I currently take pain pills for a car accident a few years ago. I go to fill my scrip, like every other month, when i am told they will no longer accept my business because " you fill no other medications here, so we cannot fill these any longer." I take no other medications whatsoever. So the fact that I dont have cancer or AIDS means that I need to be in pain. Of course, like always, it goes back to the almighty dollar, since they told me that because I only get the pain medications, it throws off their ratio for the number

I'm fairly new but i love that they are pretty quick at getting your Rx's ready. Staff is very nice. Love that you don't have a drive-thru window that takes 30 mins to wait. I didn't give them 5 only because they don't open on Sundays & I'm pretty spoiled at have all week open pharmacy. But i just need to plan & remember that & I'm good.

It is the friendliest pharmacy I've been too. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed and asked if there is anything they can help you with anything. If your looking for something in particular they have a catalog you can order and in a couple of days they will call you to pick up and they help you out to the car. I recommend everyone to come here. For prescriptions they have a drive through window.

Right down the street from our Dr.'s offices and always very quick to fill prescriptions. The Dr. sends the prescription over electronically and by the time we get there it's ready to go. Much, much better then the pharmacy we used before (CVS) which would take hours even if it was sent electronically.
