They “fixed” my truck after it was totaled.
My truck bed is now not lined up right.
Didn’t fix my air bag like they said.
Said it’d take 10-12 days it took 75 days start to finish.
Finders aren’t lined up right
Never fixed my busted air intake
Destroyed my spare tire host
Said he gave me his spare tire but it’s mine.
The dented my “ new” hood
I said at the start I’ll pay whatever it takes but I want new parts and it to look right I only have about 3 new parts and 6 salvage yard parts that don’t look good.
I hate to complain but this has to be the worst service I’ve

Well, they’re cool to talk and explain things well. So, I was told about 1 week to have my car ready but it resulted in 2.5 weeks AND my car wasn’t clean at time of pick up. In addition, my car had some extra paint on the driver side door handle then after about 1 week from pick up I noticed paint cracking/peeling from what they fixed. Of course I took the vehicle back and they owned up to the previous labor and got me fixed up in like 1.5 weeks (they warranty the work they do). Cool, so I really wanted to give them at least 3-4 stars however now (2nd pick up) my rear bumper has slight paint

High quality work at a very reasonable price. Melvin does not let the vehicle go until he is happy with it. He has done 2 jobs for me and both times he has exceeded expectations. He does not keep your vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time, either. I have had larger collision centers do work for me and this guy is not only much better price wise, but work wise as well. I will never take my vehicle to another collision center again. You can’t go wrong with Latinos, one of OKC’s best kept secrets.
