We focus on providing service within 1 business day and at no point will service exceed two business days. We have partnered with Authorize. Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. If the order is placed before 5pm EST, you must contact our office and leave a message no later than 7pm EST that same day to cancel.

Otherwise you will not receive a refund. There are no exceptions. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, you have 1 business day after sign post installation to contact our office and we will refund your money.

Been using PSP for Realtor sign posts for many years. Suddenly they have stopped responding to calls and requests. Paid for posts and over 2-3 weeks ago and have not seen the post. When I call mailbox is full and they have stopped communicating. I have two requests in that have not been fulfilled.

Ordered and paid for a post install, 2 weeks later and no post. No return calls & doesn't respond to emails or texts. DO NOT USE THEM!

No communication at all, I have been calling and e-mailing all week, but no answer. Posts are not up like they were due as well.

HORRIBLE! Ordered post to be installed Monday, Thursday still had not received any communication besides the order confirmation email and receipt that they had charges me and sign had not been installed. Nobody answers the number and the mailbox is full, also sent an email to support and nothing yet. Website says no more than 2 days to install, it's now Friday and I now need to order a post from somewhere else in hopes they can rush it.... and I need my money back from these people! Hoping they read this and call me back!
