If the order is placed before 5pm EST, you must contact our office and leave a message no later than 7pm EST that same day to cancel.

HORRIBLE! Ordered post to be installed Monday, Thursday still had not received any communication besides the order confirmation email and receipt that they had charges me and sign had not been installed. Nobody answers the number and the mailbox is full, also sent an email to support and nothing yet. Website says no more than 2 days to install, it's now Friday and I now need to order a post from somewhere else in hopes they can rush it.... and I need my money back from these people! Hoping they read this and call me back!
