Had to wait 1\2 an hour until my dog was seen. All he did was put a cone on my dogs head.
Instead of treating her with antibiotics.

Didn't see any professional manners at all from the vet. Told me that my dog needs her teeth pulled as you needed to be knocked out to do so. My dog has never needed to be under anesthesia do you have any of her teeth pulled. He didn't ask me for my dog when he took in the background be snatched right out of my hands into running back room. He wasn't very professional in my opinion at all. He gave my dog a shot of antibiotics which helps her yes but I chose to go to a different vet. First impressions are Lasting Impressions.

We got in very quickly. Dr Van Petten was very knowledgeable about my dog’s back injury. Very personable and soothing with my pet. Made me confident in his skills. Provided information about costs upfront and information about what we could expect from the acupuncture treatment.
Delighted to find a vet that can provide acupuncture in this area.

They got my cat in fast and he’ll be comfortable over the weekend. Thank goodness. I had called every vet in Lawrence and they are all booked out 4 weeks.

I cannot tell you how many dogs Dr. Jeff has helped me with. From a dog who I was told would never walk again by another vet and I needed to euthanize him but after Dr. Jeff got done with his acupuncture and holistic treatments he was walking again and had a good quality life to the police K-9 partner of mine who had cancer and Dr. Jeff was there again to help me get him to the emergency clinic. Very kind soul and really cares about his patients human and animal!

Assistants are great, the doc has very little bed side manner and not much compassion for animals or owners. We will look elsewhere for pet care.
