The Marquardt Ranch is thrilled to announce our very own Executive Chef Rich to handle all your wedding catering! We have a few different menus to choose from, and we offer custom tastings for each of our brides. We allow our brides and grooms to bring in their own alcohol. This should mean a HUGE savings for you.
Floral designers are creative creatures with a knack for tiny details. This knack is not just a nice attribute, it is absolutely necessary. Our in-house floral department puts us in control of a big part of your day. The flowers are delivered to the ranch on Wednesday, giving us time to sort and hydrate the flowers in a climate controlled environment.

The Marquardt Ranch venue and staff was amazing! Our wedding day was so beautiful! Jessica and Sheryl went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We hired Jessica for in house floral and she did not disappoint, the floral wall, bouquets, center pieces, etc. were all outstanding! We hired Sheryl as the wedding coordinator and she was great from every aspect across the board, from communicating with our vendors, day of organization, and sticking to our timeline. We also went with in house catering and the BBQ food was absolutely delicious! The Marquardt Ranch Staff and venue are outstanding

Having my wedding here was so amazing! The people who work here are beyond amazing, and I would suggest this venue to everyone. It is the perfect combination of country, romantic, and elegant. The chandeliers, stair cases, giant cross in the limestone wall, and dark floors created such a wonderful atmosphere. I was also able to have my entire ceremony AND reception inside- I don’t do heat and didn’t want to sweat. So Sheryl told me that no matter what we could make it happen and that it would work out.

BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE! Our original date was set for 10/24/2020 and The Marquardt Ranch was so helpful and accommodating when we needed to change our date to 02/13/2021 due Covid19. Our wedding was also the beginning of the biggest snow storm Texas has ever seen and we didn’t even notice because our wedding was perfect. I still dream about how beautiful the floral arrangements were! We have had so many friends and family call and tell us how tasty the food was and how beautiful the venue is. As a professional wedding photographer, I recently toured this wedding venue with Sheryl to see the property again as I hadn't seen the property since January of 2018. This property is special for a few reasons... it was one of the original hill country wedding venues, the outdoor ceremony site overlooks the Guadalupe River, it's one of the only venues I know to have twin towers on top of the bride and groom's rooms overlooking the picturesque hills, AND (as a wedding photographer) this venue has the shiniest, reflective floors! I love getting creative during the reception with floors like this

Where do I even start...The Marquardt Ranch is a dream venue and Sheryl and Jessica are amazing professionals. We chose them for our wedding, and everything was great. We worked closely with Sheryl and Jessica, who were always prompt, accommodating and knowledgeable. My husband and I are both in the Military and did the bulk of the planning from out of state, they were so accommodating, even using face time to show us updates and all they had to offer. The food was delicious, the service staff was professional, and the floral arrangements were meticulously done the way that I imagined. Overall

I first fell in love with this venue when my brother and sister in law got married there in 2008. When I got engaged this last May, we planned to get married in October which left only 5 months. We looked at other venues but Marquardt stuck in my mind. The sheer beauty of the location in the hill country would be enough for anyone but the building itself is equally breathtaking. Luckily there was an opening and we booked it! Everyone on staff was wonderful and truly guided me in the planning process. While you have to use their caterers, the food was excellent. We had my daughter's wedding here - beautiful and fabulous! It was everything we wanted it to be. The breathtaking view as you're on the cliff overlooking the Guadalupe River was what sold my daughter and her husband when we went on the venue tour trip 14 months ago. And they have a gorgeous building for Plan B should inclement weather strike. The staff is fantastic, and they work with you on everything; very accommodating and so sweet. All our family and friends had such a lovely time, and it was so special for the bride and groom.
