The worst possible nightmare occured with this company.... date scheduled, everything packed up
They did not show up. FYI also 5 months pregnant at the time.
Multiple calls to dispatchers and all they did was give me and my husband the runaround.
Joe was a total disaster of a manager. Had to threaten legal action for weeks just to get my deposit back.
Blamed it on summer hours, blah, blah.
Not an excuse! Do NOT overbook!
I have no idea how they have so many five stars since the Better Buisness Bureau revoked their accreditation and on their website they say BBB A+.

Great experience with their movers. Came out did a quick walk thru with me at my NY home gave me a binding price. I booked my move on the spot had a crew come out 3 days later moved me to TX. I got my stuff delivered 8 days later. Very happy with everything they did. I'll be sure to use them again in the future.

After speaking with Joe I knew I was making the right choice in a mover. I got the best group of guys sent out to me. They were very hard working and did everything promised to me and more on my initial contract. I actually offered them a few items from my house that we weren't taking and they respectfully declined but I figured since they worked in the hot sun all day breaking their back I gave them each a Hundo plus ordered lunch and of course plenty of water bottles! Quick, reliable, professional guys. They did a great job for me and my family from NY to CA. I have no complaints they were great at pickup and equally great at delivery. Nothing broken, no hassling me with extra charges or fees. I will be sure to recommend them to my co-workers, friends and family.
