Had a sales person come to my door and he was very pushy towards me. I said I was not interested and that we already had someone. He would not leave and said he would wait for me to call my husband. He even said he would wait for me to give him a blank check. He would not take no as answer. He even came back at 8:30 at night. He was extremely rude and kept rolling his eyes at me.

I've been using them for 2 years now. They come out every quarter spray the perimeter and clean the outside of cobwebs if any. I have only had them spray inside twice. They will come in every time but I don't need it. The outside spray does an excellent job at keeping the house pest free. Best company I have used by far.

Setting up service with Echo Pest Control was fast and easy. We were grateful they have a military discount. I spoke with Jordan on Monday and she was professional and explained their services clearly to me. A technician was scheduled to show up on Friday at 3pm. Nathan called to give me an hour heads up. He showed up a few minutes early and got straight to work. He took care of us and was also professional and courteous. Here are his notes from his visit. "Inspected exterior. Swept Eaves of spider webs and wasps nests. Applied water activated granular. Power sprayed exterior.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Awful services!!!! These guys send out door to door sales people in the spring! Do not believe the garbage!!! Awful awful horrible service. Will be so happy to be done with this company!!!!! I hope they go out of business ASAP to prevent others having to deal with their excuses and mediocrity. Horrible experience both with their technicians and office people.
