Services
Doctors Center Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated independent pharmacy. We are conveniently located across from Flowers Hospital on Highway 84 West in Dothan, Alabama. Along with being an independent pharmacy, we are also an Alabama Corporation. Our formal corporate name is Tri-State Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. d/b/a Doctors Center Pharmacy.
Doctors Center Pharmacy is proud to offer a modern solution to your medication challenges with contemporary pharmacy compounding. What is Compounding? Although compounding dates back for centuries, during the 1950s, compounding became less common as commercially available medications became readily available.
Doctors Center Pharmacy specializes in sterile compounding and is equipped with a state-of-the art ISO Class 7 sterile room that is required for the production of sterile preparations. We have an ISO-Tech ISO Class 5 laminar flow hood which is located in the ISO Class 7 sterile room in which all sterile preparations are made.
If your state's Board of Pharmacy regulations allows it, we will ship compounded prescription medication to you for office use. These cannot be dispensed to a patient from your office. We'll bill and ship to your clients home directly, dispensing the exact medication you prescribe.

At Doctors Center Pharmacy, we carry a large selection of high quality pharmaceutical grade vitamins and mineral supplements for disease prevention and special needs. Waited in line for over 30 minutes for them to tell me they never received the Rx. I saw my dr. Submit when I was in office. I called the office they submitted again and then had to wait back in line for them to tell me they had to special order it. Came back the day they told me to come back and they didn't have it mixed because they said they didn't have my info. And I would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. Then to top it off said my insurance wouldn't cover it even though my insurance has always covered this medication. They didn't even run it to find out for sure. Worst pharmacy I

BEST pharmacy in Dothan!! Customer service is a 5+. They are VERY friendly and helpful. They have a nurse in staff til 1pm most days.
I use to go to CVS. I get the same meds at the same time every month going on 10+ years. CVS never had the meds I needed. Even after I asked them to please make sure they ordered them for me for the same time every month, they didn't.
Doctors Center was reconvened to me by a DR at Flowers when I was in their ER for withdrawls from my meds. I've NEVER gone without my meds since the change to them. After just one month of being with them I am greeted with a smile

Terrible service. I had the pharmacist yell at me on the phone and told me that I should go find a new pharmacy. my son is special needs and just had been discharged from the hospital on a Friday. the hospital faxed over a copy of the prescription to be filled. well guess what. they didn't fill it and never called me to tell me if was out of stock so I could make other arrangements. the lady told me that she had other patients to fill for and didn't have time to call me to let me know. this is the worst customer service ever!! they care nothing about the customer unless they are making money off
