This is the worst property management I have ever had to deal with. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone by phone and you can only submit tickets or email, but you still get complete radio silence. We have had a leak in some part of our water system since at least Nov. 4th. Likely earlier, because the water company reach out to us and we observed and reported a suspicious pool of water back in August. We submitted tickets for both of these problems and the one from August is still an open ticket and the one from from November they are only now looking into after we have repeatedly asked for

From the start, my living experience with Real Estate Gladiators has been rough. Moved in October of 2020 with the heat not working and it took them 2 weeks to finally fix that by getting a new furnace. You'd think they would have checked these things prior to us moving in. The carpets smelled like animals, we had to get a carpet cleaner to do the whole house and it was filthy. Thy said they cleaned it but lied. There were animal damages all over the place (that we were charged for after moving out) and trash outside from the people who lived there prior that we had to clean up. The stairs were

The crux of this rating is related to the lack of addressing any tenant concern over the phone. They push everything to their portal or an email. While this makes sense from a tracking perspective, it does not allow for any personal touch in addressing renter concerns. This is an easy fix if they chose to be more active in talking over items, rather than the impersonal email or portal. Just my two cents on how they might be more effective.

At first I was satisfied with my decision that I chose a condo that's managed by some property management instead of the owner himself because I personally knew many people in Fairlake who have bad experience with owners managing their properties - specifically not taking care of maintenance and the property

They took excellent care of me in anything that I needed in my new house. The lease was fast, they took the time to go through it with me, they responded the day before Thanksgiving when my oven started acting up and even called me when the 5th rolled around and I had forgotten to pay my rent. This is an amazing company that actually cares about the needs of it's tenants.

I've only been at this a month but so far so good! I was a bit anxious looking for a property management group to represent my rental home. Lots of mixed reviews out there.
